The following analysis applies to the penultimate table titled, "Fatalities since 2000 intifada":

MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS:
This breakdown of casualties is misleading as it makes a distinction on the Israeli side between civilians and soldiers, but not on the Palestinian side. While readers can see how many of the Israelis killed by Palestinians were killed in combat, the figure of 4,608 “Palestinians killed by Israeli security forces” does not distinguish between civilians and militants engaged in hostilties against Israelis. This would reduce the overall figure significantly.
